Families looking for things to do can explore the town’s green spaces, thanks to the free Keep Discovering Kettering Park Bingo passport trail.

The trail invites you to discover green spaces across Kettering to find more than 20 animals and other characters on wooden posts around the town’s parks. Participants can place their passport over the stencil and use a crayon to colour it in.

Printed passports contain a guide to the locations of the posts, you will need to explore the park to find the post and a blank space for your rubbing so you can collect them all. Passports can be picked up from several venues across Kettering.

Grab your walking boots and hop, skip, run or cycle in the footsteps of Cransley Hospice Trust‘s incredible nurses. ?

Between the 1st and 30th April, walk along The Cransley Way and to see how far you can get.

The Cransley Way is 100 miles long which is the average distance that one of their nurses will walk in a month, but you can tackle as much or as little as you like. ?

Boughton House, Gardens, kettering, Scheme, walk

The historic gardens at Boughton House will open on Sunday 23rd February from 11am – 3pm, and visitors can enjoy a winter walk among the first blooms of the year in the Walled Garden and across the wider landscape.

It’s a great opportunity to enjoy Boughton’s stunning landscape emerging from winter, complete with the first snowdrops of the year.

David Cullum, Parks and Gardens Manager, and his team have been working to map Boughton’s many varieties of snowdrops in recent months and invite fellow gardens enthusiasts to share their findings.
