Health & Wellbeing Festival

This year, due to the current circumstances, our health and wellbeing festival has moved online. We’re inviting you and your family to join in online from the comfort of your own home. We have a range of activities and sessions for you to try as well as lots of information about health and wellbeing and who can help locally.

In a testing time for our health and wellbeing we look forward to you joining us by finding something new that interests you!

Keep Healthy Kettering looks to encourage healthy choices, improve wellbeing and promote active lifestyles. We’re looking to develop healthier communities by sharing information and providing opportunities to lead healthy lifestyles. Check out the different activities available to improve your health and wellbeing locally.

You can find out more about any of these activities by calling 01536 410 333 or emailing keephealthy@kettering.gov.uk

Introducing the Keep Discovering Kettering Park Bingo passport trail!

Visit various places across Kettering with your passport and fill it in using your crayon by colouring over the stencils you find on wooden posts dotted around the parks. Each park has a different character to find, and some have several to find in one park. Complete as much or as little as you’d like in your own time.

It is a fantastic opportunity to discover what Kettering has to offer and you may find a park/green space that you didn’t know about!’
