Healthwatch Northamptonshire is the independent people’s champion of health and social care in the county, working to help people get the best out of their local health and social care services, whether it’s improving them today or helping to shape them for tomorrow. We have powerful, statutory rights to represent your views. We listen to people’s views and experiences and use them to influence the people who provide services and make decisions about them. A committed group of volunteers help us deliver our role as a strong and independent voice. We also help people find the information they need about local services, including how to make a complaint.
