This year, due to the current circumstances, our health and wellbeing festival has moved online.  We are inviting you and your family to join in online from the comfort of your own home. We will have a range of activities and sessions for you to try as well as lots of information about health and wellbeing and who can help locally, which you can find on this page.

In a testing time for our health and wellbeing we look forward to you joining us by finding something new that interests you!

Active Northants
Are you a teenager struggling with motivation? Are you looking for something new to try? Or do you just want to hang out with your mates doing something. ACTIVE NORTHANTS offers Boxing, Calisthenics, Dance, Fitness and Yoga classes FREE OF CHARGE throughout June, you can sign in and spend time with other teenagers in a socially minded physical activity setting. Virtual School Games
Every Monday at 10am, three weekly challenges are shared on the Northamptonshire Sport website, Facebook and Twitter pages for children and adults to try at both school and at home. All activities have been designed to be easy do at home, with no specialist equipment required, only things you can find around your house. For more info and to view the challenges click below

Classes
Northamptonshire sport are sharing a range of different virtual classes. The series ‘Move that Body with PT Toni’ 7 Short 15 minute Energiser Workouts including core, leg and total body conditioning. See the all body one to the right and visit their youtube page for more.

Ironstone Wellbeing Centre

We aim to offer a welcoming and relaxing space where you can take time out for your wellbeing. We’re proud to offer a diverse range of classes from Hot Yoga and Pilates to Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness, FitSteps, Seated Yoga, Zumba, Children’s Yoga, Tai Chi and much more.
This weekend we are adding 2 videos both days to mark the Health and Wellbeing Festival. These will be uploaded at 7am and 1pm for you to view. These videos are available and stored so can be accessed at a time that suits you, so no need to plan your day around a class simply check it out when it suits you.

Beat The Bug

Beat the Bug is a free online health and wellbeing programme designed to help you tackle Coronavirus and protect the NHS. It is packed with hints, tips and ideas to help individuals and families of all ages stay physically fit, strengthen their immunity and improve mental and emotional wellbeing.

Providing a short-term intervention but equipping individuals and families for the rest of their autism journey. We are a new charity, with limited funding, so are starting out with a pilot project. We are hopeful that in time we will secure the resources to expand across Northamptonshire.
