Stretch to the Future is an entry level series of Yoga Classes specifically aimed at patients who have been diagnosed with any cancer type and are pre-treatment, undergoing treatment or post-treatment. It will be a mix of Yoga and social where the aim will be to help you relax by using breathing exercises, different body postures and relaxation techniques.

Join Lorraine Hirst from Cooking Good in making a simple dish that all the family will enjoy – creamy pea and ham pasta. Healthy Schools Service – Wellbeing & resilience workshop
The Healthy Schools Service is a bespoke initiative that aims to meet specific health and wellbeing needs of schools, staff, pupils and their families in Northamptonshire. It focuses on the three core areas: mental health and wellbeing, physical activity and healthy eating. In response to the pandemic, we are offering a 30 minute wellbeing and resilience training workshop to support parents. This will include top tips on building resilience in the family as well as information on where to go for additional support.
