Welcome to our live timetable of virtual sessions! 

There are a range of sessions available for you to try online this week including; mindfulness, healthy eating, and healthy ageing. The timetable below has information of what’s happening and when. The links for accessing or signing up for these sessions are also provided. 

If you are planning to attend a session we ask that you view our guidance for taking part by downloading the document here

Stretch to the Future is an entry level series of Yoga Classes specifically aimed at patients who have been diagnosed with any cancer type and are pre-treatment, undergoing treatment or post-treatment. It will be a mix of Yoga and social where the aim will be to help you relax by using breathing exercises, different body postures and relaxation techniques.

Join Lorraine Hirst from Cooking Good in making a simple dish that all the family will enjoy – creamy pea and ham pasta. VIn this talk we will explore further age-related postural alignment changes affecting postural stability and balance, and ways to compensate for ‘gravity of ageing’. This talks usually comes as one of the last in the Ageing Well Public Talk Series and builds on some of the information previously shared. Healthy Schools Service – Wellbeing & resilience workshop

The Healthy Schools Service is a bespoke initiative that aims to meet specific health and wellbeing needs of schools, staff, pupils and their families in Northamptonshire. It focuses on the three core areas: mental health and wellbeing, physical activity and healthy eating. In response to the pandemic, we are offering a 30 minute wellbeing and resilience training workshop to support parents. This will include top tips on building resilience in the family as well as information on where to go for additional support.
