- Details of your visit
- Brief Health Details
The information is collected will be used in the following ways:
- By Kettering Borough Council to manage visitors to the site
- Shared with the relevant organisation you are visiting (if consent is provided) for the purposes of site security and management of visitors
- To minimise any risks associated with COVID 19 (Coranavirus)
If there are any concerns with the information you provide, the organisation you are visiting will contact you to discuss your visit in further detail.
What is the basis for us to process your data?
You are not obliged to provide your information therefore the lawful basis we are processing your personal data is with your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulations)
Who we will share your information with
Only employees of Kettering Borough Council based within Haylock House will access your data and staff within the relevant organisation you are visiting.
How long do we keep your records?
Kettering Borough Council will only keep your information for a maximum of 24 hours after your visit. In the circumstances when someone is visiting the site on several occasions over a short period, their personal data will be retained until their final visit and then destroyed 24 hours later.
