Physical activity is an essential part of maintaining a health lifestyle. Not only does this prevent many health-related issues, but It brings people together to enjoy shared activities and contributes significantly towards improving mental health. Park Bingo passport trail!
Visit various places across Kettering with your passport and fill it in using your crayon by colouring over the stencils you find on wooden posts dotted around the parks. Each park has a different character to find, and some have several to find in one park. Complete as much or as little as you’d like in your own time.
It is a fantastic opportunity to discover what Kettering has to offer and you may find a park/green space that you didn’t know about!’

Walking Football
A walking pace version of the beautiful game, ideal for over 50s. Get active, meet new people and have fun!
Kettering Arena:
Tuesdays, 10am – 12noon,
£2.50 (£1.25 with Kettering Leisure Pass)
Desborough Leisure Centre:
Fridays, 10:30am – 12:30pm,
£3.60 (£1.80 with Kettering Leisure Pass)

Get Up & Go
Exercise sessions intended specifically for older adults 65+, with a series of exercises designed to improve balance, strength and posture as well as reducing the risk of falls.

Sports and activity sessions for young people take place throughout the school holidays. Low cost, fun and friendly sessions open to all abilities.
