Physical activity is an essential part of maintaining a health lifestyle. Not only does this prevent many health-related issues, but It brings people together to enjoy shared activities and contributes significantly towards improving mental health. Details of physical activity guidelines for early childhood, young people, adults and older adults for both aerobic and strength exercises can be found here.

Park Bingo passport trail!

Visit various places across Kettering with your passport and fill it in using your crayon by colouring over the stencils you find on wooden posts dotted around the parks. Each park has a different character to find, and some have several to find in one park. Complete as much or as little as you’d like in your own time.

It is a fantastic opportunity to discover what Kettering has to offer and you may find a park/green space that you didn’t know about!’
